Puppy Yoga
Practice your puppy pose…
with puppies!
Help support Bounce Animal Rescue by participating in dog yoga! Bounce will be bringing puppies to roam throughout this all-levels
yoga class. This allows the adoptable puppies to socialize and play with potential adopters while bringing joy into your yoga practice.
What could be better at helping you paws and reflect than
an adorable puppy?
Let’s get down, dog!
After class, grab a beer, the first one is free for each class participant (21 and older), and visit with Bounce Animal Rescue representatives. Learn about how you can adopt one of the adorable puppies participating in the class as well as any other dogs they have available. The meet and greet from 11:30AM to 1PM is open to the public so be sure to tell your friends!
Due to the possibility for a few puppy accidents, bring a mat you are able to to clean. If you need to rent a mat, please let me know ahead of the event day.
Space is limited so you must purchase your ticket ahead of time. We cannot accept walk-ins due to our puppy to person ratio.

Most classes, the puppies are around 5 weeks old so they are not available to adopt that day. But you can learn how to fill out an application and place a hold on a puppy. Puppies have to be at least 8 weeks old and spay/neutered in order to be able to adopt. This class is a wonderful way to socialize the puppies.

Puppy yoga is for ages 12+. If you are under 18, you MUST be accompanied by an adult and they MUST also attend class with you. Must be 21+ to get beer with your drink ticket.

es, this class is for all-levels. Puppy Yoga is very adaptable to your needs whether you want to take it easy that morning or add in more challenging postures. Just prepare for a few puppy distractions. If you have any injuries or health concerns (pregnancy, etc.) please let me know at the beginning of the class so I can be sure to offer the correct modifications for you.
